econd attempt to integrate the workshop learning into my painting.  Special consideration, color change occurs most in the mid tones.  Do I work with 3 tones light, mid and dark?  How to follow an instructor who abstracts shapes when I am interested in the specific types of rock.  How to indicate that type of rock with a stroke rather than detail.
