End of Summer is a watercolor I finished recently from a photo I took last summer.

Another in the Surprise Lilly Series

I started this last week at the gallery. It is another in the surprise lilly gladiola bouquet series. Some interesting abstract things happened in the background. Still working on the one I started at the gallery this week.

Did some reworking of this watercolor. It is from a picture of my son when he was a baby.

Rework Daylilly

Reworking paintings this morning. I never liked this, but it is stronger now.

Northside Art Show at St. Peters Community Center

Looking over paintings to pick some for the Northside Art Show at St. Peters Community Center. Picked up my bio from Office Depot. . .new picture. This one extends through ArtWalk so I have to decide what I want where. Updated the inventory database. Hanging March 25 and reception March 26 from 6:00 to 8:00. Show runs through May 18.

St. Charles ArtWalk

I jurried in to the St. Charles ArtWalk which is April 23, 24 and 25. There is a Press Reception April 14 which is a cocktail sort of thing at the Foundry. All are very welcome to come and see my paintings. I will have more on which store on Main Street that I will be in when we get our packet of info.

These water colors are from photos that I took at the Brewer and Shipley concert at Wild Wood last summer. Tarkio 2 was recently painted. I am not sure I am finished with it, but I have to be careful not to over do water colors.

Ginger and Flowers

Finished this a while back, but I was waiting for it to dry. I plan to take it for a frame today. This is an oil painting. I meant it to replace one that burned up when the house burned, but it is entirely different.

Still Life with Eggs

This is the Still Life with Eggs that I worked on yesterday at the gallery. I finished it this morning.

This is one of the previous covered bridges. There is another one, but I don't have a photo of the painting yet.

This is from the same photo as Covered Bridge 2, but on larger paper. The proportions are better. I like the rocks.
